Return & Refund Policy

Chamunda Enterprise strives to ensure customer satisfaction with every purchase. However, if you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, you may request a return or replacement in accordance with this policy.

Once an order is processed and dispatched, delivery timelines vary depending on the location. Orders shipped to metro cities are typically delivered within two to five business days, while deliveries to other regions may take approximately four to eight business days. In certain cases, deliveries to remote or rural areas may take longer due to logistical constraints.

To initiate a return, customers must contact us via email and provide their order ID, a detailed description of the issue, and supporting photo or video evidence. Once the request is reviewed and approved, further instructions will be provided regarding the return process. In some cases, customers may be required to ship the product back to us.
Upon successful inspection and approval of the returned product, refunds are processed within five to ten business days. The refunded amount will be credited back to the original payment method used during the purchase. Depending on the situation, Chamunda Enterprise may also offer a replacement instead of a refund, subject to product availability.
Orders can only be cancelled before they are dispatched. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. In case of delays in receiving a refund, customers are advised to first check with their bank or payment provider before contacting us.
Chamunda Enterprise reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the eligibility criteria outlined in this policy.
